A couple of days ago, I was in an area with 1km depth. Suddenly, I noticed some kind of a mast sticking out from the horizon. At first, I thought it was a yacht or a navigation light pole on an island, but, as I rowed closer, I realized that it was neither of those things. It looked like a ferroconcrete column. A VERTICAL ferroconcrete column! How is this possible here, 1km over the seabed??
I made a photo from a safe distance, just to prove that I’m not going completely mental, but didn’t dare to row any closer, just in case there is someone holding that column under the water. ;)
