The rain was poring almost constantly, the head waves were washing over our deck and us with unenviable regularity. The boat was blown into unnecessary drift, so as the night gave way for the day we dropped out the sea anchor. And it worked. We managed to almost stop the negative drift . In 4 hours we lost only 1,2 miles that we can get back in an hour, given the conditions are good. Now we are drying ourself and our belongings and conducting an inventory of the food storage, whilst enjoying the constant rocking of the boat.
