The waves stood in a formation and waved cheerful flags at us. Yes, the first 1000 in the ocean went by unnoticed. Those 11 unauthorized showers in one night were more noticeable. In the European campsites you often have to pay extra for the shower, but here, in the ocean, the shower comes for free and quite spontaneously. At last, our unfounded optimism has retreated and we have stopped trying to dry our wet clothes on the deck, so both of us are suited up in red spacesuits. Wetsuits make us look like frankfurters in cellophane, but at least we are not so wet anymore.
